We undertake project execution services in the treatment of Industrial Water, Waste & Sewage and other relevant Industries such as Malls, Hotels, Hospitals, Petrochemicals, Refinery, Fertilizer and many more. Systems which we offer, include a combination of pre-treatment, Physical-chemical treatment, Biological Treatment, Tertiary treatment comprising of filtration, chemical oxidation etc.

We do different kind of treatments particularly for Sewage Treatment Plant like MBBR, SBR & MBR Technology.

We specialize in Packaged STP and ETP plants.

Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
Multi Grade Filters (MGF) & Activated Carbon Filters (ACF)

Multi Grade Filters (MGF) are used in water treatment and waste water treatment to remove suspended solids, dust and dirt present in the water. It is a depth filter that makes use of coarse and fine media mixed together in a fixed proportion. This arrangement produces a filter bed with adequate pore dimensions for retaining both large and small suspended particles.

An activated carbon filter (ACF) works on the principle of adsorption; filter medium adsorbs or reacts with a pollutant molecule then filtered water is drained out. Activated carbon which is used as medium to remove contaminants is natural material derived from coconut shell, lignite, bituminous coal etc and this removes the smell from the water also.

Water Softening Plants

The Water Softener is the most common tool used in the removal of calcium and magnesium ions from hard water. And ARTECH ENVIRO SOLUTIONS (AES) is one of the best water softening plant manufacturers in India.

A standard water softener works by allowing hard water to filter downwards through a bed of ion exchange resin. The ion exchange resin attracts the calcium (CAT) and magnesium ions (MG2) (hardness) and replaces them with sodium ions which are less problematic for water systems and will not cause scale build-up. Once the ion exchange resins are saturated with hardness, the regeneration sequence on the water softener begins.

Reverse Osmosis Plant (RO)

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a partially permeable membrane to remove ions, unwanted molecules and larger particles from drinking water. The Quality of water purity comes to membrane 0.0001 microns. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side.

Reverse osmosis is used to produce highly purified water for drinking water systems, industrial boilers, food and beverage processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical production, seawater desalination, and many other applications.

We specialize in Packaged RO plants.

Ultra Filtration Systems (UF)

Ultrafiltration (UF) offered by us is used to remove essentially all colloidal particles (0.01 to 1.0 microns) from water and some of the largest dissolved contaminants. The pore size in a UF membrane is mainly responsible for determining the type and size of contaminants removed. Ultrafiltration is a water treatment process that uses a hollow fiber or a sheet membrane to mechanically filter water containing very small particulate. An ultrafiltration drinking water system uses this super fine membrane technology to filter particulate down to 0.025 microns. To help you get an idea just how small that is, the diameter of a human hair is typically about 75-80 microns. This means that an ultrafiltration system works on a micro level, literally taking all suspended solids out of the water.

MBR Membrane

Membrane bioreactor (MBR) offered by us is the combination of a membrane process like microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a biological wastewater treatment process, the activated sludge process. It is now widely used for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.

Ultra-Filtration Membrane

Ultrafiltration (UF) offered by us is a pressure-driven barrier to suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, endotoxins and other pathogens to produce water with very high purity and low silt density. Ultrafiltration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which hydrostatic pressure forces a liquid against a semi permeable membrane.

MBBR Media

Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) is offered by us is a highly effective biological treatment process based on a combination of conventional activated sludge process and biofilm media. The MBBR process utilizes floating High Capacity Microorganism Biochips media within the aeration tanks. MBBR Media is available in large amounts at reasonable rates for our respected clients.

Tube Deck Media

Tube Deck Media offered by us is made of superior quality hydrophilic material and is intended to be used for removing sand from feed water. It is highly efficient in nature and assures long service life with no special maintenance requirement. It is UN protective also. This media is considered perfect for installation in water supply system and for inlet material's drainage part. It has hexagonal chevron shape and can bear temperature of up to 55 degrees Celsius without any wear or abrasion. Tube Deck Media is available in large amounts at reasonable rates for our respected clients.

RO Membrane

How does Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane work? Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a water treatment process that removes contaminants from water by using pressure to force water molecules through a semipermeable membrane. During this process, the contaminants are filtered out and flushed away, leaving clean, delicious drinking water.

RO Antiscalant Chemical

Antiscalant is a pretreatment water additive for reverse osmosis system that is highly effective in preventing the membranes from scaling. Before the feed water enters the reverse osmosis membrane, an antiscalant is injected into the water and sent through the system. The chemicals create a time delay between the bicarbonate and the calcium magnesium. The delay allows the water to pass through the membrane before any chemical reaction, in which scale can form, occurs. These results are scale not forming as the water is being purified by the RO.

Chemical Dosing systems

We offer Chemical handling and Dosing Systems for dosing Coagulants like Lime. Ferrous Sulfate, PAC, Alum and Feed Conditioning chemicals like Anti-sealant, Antioxidant, Membrane cleaners etc. Dosing systems are Skid mounted, compact and rugged, engineered to handle and work efficiently under highly corrosive and varying conditions. A dosing pump draws a measured amount of liquid into its chamber and injects the chemical into a tank or pipe that contains the fluid that is being dosed. It's powered by an electric motor or an air actuator and has a controller that turns the pump on and off and manages the flow rate.

Oil Skimmer

Oil skimmers are simple, dependable and effective tools for removing oil, grease and other hydrocarbons from water and coolants. Often, an oil skimmer by itself can achieve the desired level of water purity.
